Interactions seem to be shipped around way to much and things are getting more complicated. Wanted to modify my auto. policy on a very minimal item and had to do a NEW policy, with a NEW charge. This was done, not with MY agent, but with someone in Houston or Austin…. I prefer a face-to-face agent to assist me with my needs and questions . Need to evaluate your Pricing…. runs a little high for us old folks.
