It’s fine but a couple failures. I had asked for a quote on umbrella insurance and never received. This one not necessarily you, more Allstate. But drivewise software tracking crap. I drive a school bus and all of those miles are attributed to my vehicles vs not. Also when family is in the car together both my wife and I are shown as driving when it is typically me. We get dinged for her being on her phone while I am driving. Progressive plug in device that actually track the vehicle way more accurate appraisal.

After advising me that my hail damaged roof would be replaced - my claim was processed immediately and my check was received primptly and sent to me within three days. My roof has now been replaced and I am very appreciative of the way it was finalized. Thank you!
