I was with State Farm for years and then they screwed me so I dropped them like a bad habit. Please take time to go over my prices and get back to me when you have your pencil sharpened

I appreciate the feedback. Here is proof I do exist and I am in the office every day. I do not recall ever getting a message that you called and asked for me. We have about 20 people on staff that are experts and always willing to help you. In fact, I read thru every note from every call you ever had with us, and I see my team going above and beyond to help. There are things out of our control such as claims and rates. Despite that we always advocate for our customers and try our best to help them.
To call me names on a review is not nice nor is it fair. You want to talk to me then email me at tombirks@allstate.com and we can schedule a time to talk.

It’s been over four weeks and we’re not able to get it repaired because Allstate is refusing to pay what the contractor wants for the repairs. I am disabled and this is very inconvenient to me and my family!
