Its terrible, my rates doubled in a year and when I asked why the salesman chuckled, and said let me call you back. Then preceded to tell me that my particular motorcycle had alot of claims. Well not by me, every single month my car insurance was higher with zero explanation, my home owners just raised, because of what i gather this morning from the agent was that the weather was gonna be bad this year.

The main issue is that the premium increases are very high from each coverage period to each renewal period, leaving customers scraping by with the same or less coverage for a lot more money spent. Good customers with excellent records and no history of claims pay out the nose regardless of their status or tenure as customers. Many people have taken their business elsewhere because they don’t have any choice.
