I'm so sorry my identity has been stolen so to pay my bills I need to transfer money between my two accounts. But not knowing what time on the date we agreed on has made it challenging, actually quite Impossible to make sure the funds are in the account because either another bill comes in a takes the funds or worse yet the person that stole my identity withdraw it. Because of this I unfortunately have to take you off of autopay . I regret having to do that and realize I'll be missing out on the savings deal you offer for having me on auto pay . This is a very frustrating ordeal to be in , and I still don't understand why anyone would want my identity as my credit really sucks. But anyway I just thought I should let everyone know what was going on . Thank you for taking the time to read this. Sincerely, Kim Wommack
