I was not happy at all. I shoot when I originally signed up. I thought the gentleman was a person who looked at all insurances. To get you the best deal. And I recently found out that he worked only for Allstate then he retired, and the gentleman that took over. Yeah, when I was asking for information, they wanted to send everything in a PDF. I am 70 years old and I have a hard time with technology. I did not a PDF. I just wanted some basic information, and I could not get it no matter what I did. And I was very, very upset about that, so no I would not recommend
