“Inheriting” a policy doesn’t absolve you from actually servicing the policy. You never did a desk appraisal to ensure the coverage and valuations were appropriate. You “never sold a policy with code coverage” and didn’t understand the need for it nor how to add it to our policy. Relying on emails and never phoning a policy owner is.not service - and it did us no good.
You contributed to a situation we are still reeling from with no end in sight.
