I haven't met my Allstate agent. I moved to FL 4 years ago and transfer my policy from Georgia to Florida. Back then I had home and auto. Now I only have Auto. My policy has transferred to two different agencies since the original one I signed up with when I moved to Florida. Allstate as a whole has been great, no issues. I just can't speak on the agency because I never met them. I am looking to open a renters insurance policy sometime in the near future.
