I'm an older person and I don't like automatic system type things would prefer to talk to a person and I was told at one time I could get my information by the 21st of March for my new payment and it renews in April but then when I yesterday it said my bill hadn't been generated so I have to plan ahead so I like to know what my payments are going to be and I also need to have the paper copy of my insurance proof. Don't want anything I have to keep on my phone
