My husband and I have been Allstate customers for almost 60 years (the length of our marriage). I was somewhat dissatisfied with our agency in Escondido but liked the people so did nothing for years. That agency was sold, and I took the opportunity to transfer to a Poway agency. I went through the regional office and jumped through all the hoops. I then phoned my new agency, with high expectations, to introduce myself. Someone told me I needed to phone the regional office and then hung up on me. I can't overstate my disappointment. I would have e-mailed the owner, but I couldn't find an email address.
