That’s why we opened the doors to our current agency location in 2022—to create a welcoming, supportive space where families in the Baltimore area can feel truly seen, heard, and cared for.

We’ve proudly called this community home since 2014 for me and since 2009 for Hector, when we moved here from Venezuela. It’s where we met, where we welcomed our son, and where we bought our very first home. Some of the most meaningful chapters of our lives have been written right here, and that’s exactly why we’re passionate about giving back and helping others build their own sense of stability and belonging.

As the agent of record and key person for the agency, focused on marketing and communications, I’ve been working in insurance since 2014, helping countless families protect what matters most—from their cars and homes to their businesses and futures. But for us, it’s never just about selling a policy. It’s about helping customers, building trust, and empowering them to make informed decisions for the long term.

Our agency is proudly 100% bilingual in English and Spanish (Sí, hablamos español), which allows us to serve a diverse community with confidence and clarity. The entire process was handled with such care and efficiency. The adjusters were incredibly attentive, providing excellent service and support during such a difficult time. They responded promptly and made sure I received everything I was entitled to without any hassle.

Special shoutout to the Mariana Fernandez Agency—they are simply the best! The team is bilingual, respectful, and incredibly careful in making sure all my needs were met. Every interaction with them has been positive and reassuring, which means the world when you’re going through tough times.
