My recent requests to reinstate and then remove coverage from a vehicle located at my vacation home were quickly/professionally handled by friendly representatives. This was in stark contrast to an experience I had several months ago when my call was automatically routed to an AllState service center (versus taking directly to a local representative).

There was one problem in getting a rental car. I reserved for Florida, but when I went to get it was reserved in Ohio.
