With over a decade of experience in veterinary medicine, Ann Winter brings a uniquely compassionate approach to customer service. Before joining the insurance world last year, Ann spent 10 years as a hands-on veterinary technician, caring for animals in both hospital and emergency settings. She then went on to serve as a Customer Care Coordinator for Lap of Love, an in-home pet euthanasia service, where she supported families through some of their most difficult moments.
Today, Ann brings that same empathy and attention to detail to her role as Licensed Service Manager. Whether helping customers with billing questions, issuing ID cards, or assisting with policy changes, Ann’s calm, capable presence helps every customer feel heard and cared for.
Ann was trained directly by agency owner James Winter and manger Monica Wilga and is fully licensed by the State of Pennsylvania. Her blend of technical knowledge and heartfelt service makes her an invaluable part of our team.
