Our office is conveniently located at 26 W Dry Creek Cir, Suite 730, Littleton, CO 80120, with an additional location in Centennial in the heart of the South Denver Metro community. From an early age, I have had a passion for helping others. That passion inspired me to open my first agency in Littleton in 2013, and it has been my privilege ever since to serve the community I love. Over the past 21 years of living in Colorado and raising our family in the South Denver Metro area since 2005, I have gained a deep understanding of the unique insurance needs facing Colorado families, homeowners, and businesses. Our agency is a true family business. My husband and I run the agency together, and our children, ages 6, 15, and 18, have grown up alongside the business. Today, we proudly lead a team of over 24 licensed professionals who share our commitment to doing what is right for the customer and delivering exceptional service every day. The agency provides personalized guidance and a full portfolio of insurance solutions, including auto, home, renters, condo, life, umbrella, and commercial insurance. I’m very disappointed with my experience and feel that I may have been misled, which raises serious concerns about continuing our relationship.

Two years ago, we replaced our 20-year-old roof and were advised that upgrading to hail-resistant shingles would result in a discount on our homeowners insurance. During my recent policy review, I realized the certificate of completion was not on file, so I promptly submitted it.

Unfortunately, instead of receiving the anticipated discount, my premium increased significantly—reportedly due to having a newer roof. Additionally, my umbrella policy also increased without a clear explanation.

Given these unexpected outcomes, I am now questioning the guidance I was provided and am in the process of obtaining quotes from other firms to evaluate my options.
