Not good - I was trying to buy and finance a car and needed to confirm insurance coverage - the agent had said to just text her when I needed to do that - I texted, she never responded - I called and left a message, she never responded, I emailed, she never responded - I had to delay the purchase of the vehicle, and then I had to call back the following week because I never heard back, and they finally responded and told me she didn't respond because she was at a tournament.

You texted our office on Saturday, October 26. While I do my best to be available, I was volunteering at a large soccer tournament that weekend as part of my commitment to a local non-profit organization. Unfortunately, I was unable to respond immediately during this time.

That said, the primary reason for the delay in processing your request was related to timing the early signing discount, ensuring you received the best possible rate on your policy. It was not due to a lack of response or negligence.

I understand how important timely communication is, especially during significant transactions like purchasing a car. Moving forward, we are reviewing how we handle urgent requests outside of regular business hours to better serve our clients in situations like these.
