When you changed to electronic process. You really need to compare the process with original process.
If this process doesn’t offer customer any benefits. Why you are doing this ?
You must know that customer received one hard copy statement for coverage policy with the bill once a year.
Electronic process may be beneficial to your business but not to customers.
