The worst and I will be switching my home owners insurance as well s the rest of my family changing their auto which I already did. I never received any sort of bill indicating I owed money after switching my auto due to horrible service on several occasions but I got a letter from a collections agency with no reason for the collection listed. I will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

Surely this was a communication break down... as we are here at the office everyday of the business week. Allstate sends out communications through email and regular mail... and we make our phone calls many times when there are billing issues... I heard you had called in yesterday. These are TRULY very easy issues to fix... love to have a conversation. We got nuthin but love for ya!

Also, you were informed of my husband's passing. He his name came off one document but not other.
