All agents that I have spoken with are knowledgeable and don’t tell me let me get back to you on that which is annoying. Having said that the office is great I must say that Allstate as a company has to do something about their website. It’s not user friendly. And of course, the bills are out of control but that is the experience with all companies. So thanks for helping me when I need to speak with you

Face it, insurance is something you need but don’t want to use. That said; the few times I’ve called your agency your staff was ready to help! (Recently asked to have my car insurance ID printed out. It was ready that afternoon. I wish I could remember who helped!).
Finally, insurance is only as good as the support and coverage you receive when a claim is made. Let’s hope that day doesn’t come.
