I’ve lived in the Toledo area all of my life. My husband and I raise our three children here, and we can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. My father, Joseph J. Hernandez, opened this agency in 1976 as the first Hispanic-owned Allstate agency in Ohio. Today, I’m honored to carry on his legacy, offering the same trusted service and personalized care our community has counted on for nearly 50 years.

I was very disappointed when they denied my claim. We had a huge lightning bolt hit very near the house which caused a p
I was very disappointed when they denied my claim. We had a huge lightning bolt hit very near the house which caused a power surge and knocked out my washer, my water heater and my garage door opener. I was in contact with the adjustor for several days and she never told me to keep the old appliances. This happened on a Thursday nig.and I was without them all weekend and part of the following week. I had to have hot water and I could not lift the garage door manually. I took pictures of appliances and got estimate for replacing appliances with a description of damages and causes. Now they tell me the claim is denied because the appliances aren’t here. I told them where they were but they said that if they aren’t here the claim is denied. I can’t afford to just go out and buy three new appliances so at least one will have to go back. Very disappointing. I have been told that insurance companies hire people to
not pay a claim and I can see that now. They want you to pay them every month but they don’t want to pay you when you need it. Very disappointing.
