I lost my Debit card during a holiday trip and had no way to make my payment. With some trepidation I stepped into my local insurance office (Jessica Lyng, Lynn Haven Fl) to see if anyone was in that could help. Was I ever surprised when I walked in! The place looked amazing and there were two super nice ladies manning the desks and they were able to instantly swoop in and literally use my banking app info from my phone to make BOTH of my policy payments and even helped me reapply my payments to my best benefit. And they did it with a smile! Customer service win and a weight off of my mind. Thanks !!
