I lived in Woodstock since 2000 and in the Townlake community since 2007. I was proud to open the doors to my Allstate agency in 2020, after I was inspired by a friend in business that knows how much I love to help others and work in the community. As a happily married man to my lovely wife, and a father of two daughters, I welcome the opportunity to meet and assist other families in and around Woodstock with their unique insurance needs. There’s so much to love about Woodstock and I’m excited for the opportunity to help others with their auto, home, business, renters, boat and other insurance needs.
I believe in the importance of giving back to our community. This is why I am proud to volunteer with my church and have volunteered coaching youth sports including baseball, softball and basketball.
In my spare time, I love watching and playing sports, making memories with my wife and our family, attending church and spending time in my community. I am also a proud graduate of Kennesaw State University, where I received my bachelor’s degree in business management. Fun fact, I am originally from Pike County, and I love everything about Georgia.
The goal of our agency is to build long-lasting relationships with customers. I want to be a customer’s agent for life and for the generations to come, and we take great pride in offering exceptional customer service. I have 3 estimates from contractors that say I need a new roof.

the so called claims adjuster called me back today and said I didn't even have my deductible. She wanted the number of a contractor, I gave it to her and she said she would call him. When she called back to say I didn't need a new roof, I asked her if she had called him. She said she had and he didn't pick up. I asked of she left a message and she said yes. She lied. I called him and he said she had not called. I tried to give her the numbers of the other 2 contractors and she refused to take them. I have her manager's number I will call Monday, but I have no confidence in Allstate doing the right thing. I have also asked to see the pictures she looked at; we'll see how that works out. I have had Allstate for for 28 years and this is what happens? I will be telling everyone I know about the good hands I'm in. That is, when I am not shopping for new insurance.

We are almost at the 3 month mark with our kitchen and basement torn apart with no resolution of agreement to rebuild. T
We are almost at the 3 month mark with our kitchen and basement torn apart with no resolution of agreement to rebuild. The first adjuster didn’t respond for 6 weeks and I figured out he was working for Progressive before Allstate did. The case was reassigned and I was told it would be about 7-10 days to review all the claim info and paperwork for approval. It’s almost been another month. I have spoken with several neighbors about our experience and it seems they have had similar ones going through 4 adjusters for one claim. I have tried to be patient, but honestly, I will most likely be looking for a new insurance company as soon as possible.

Hi Elizabeth, I'm sorry that you have not had a pleasant experience with the claim department in handling your claim. That department is totally separate from us here at the agency. We try our best to provide great service where we have authority to do so and try to guide customers in the right direction when we are informed about their situation. Again, I'm extremely sorry this claim has not been a great experience, and I know we represent Allstate under the same name, but this review reflects on our agency, and we have no involvement in the situation.
