My work hours and ethics run 24 hours as an independent local business owner I have been "Trucking Along" all the way back to 1999. My first half of my career used to be in the Technology sector eventually, I found out I am a better person in 2015 when I began my career in New Orleans representing Allstate. I love to cook professionally and during my time in New Orleans, LA. I learned a lot about French-Creole, Soul Food techniques and Butter! Just a short drive from New Orleans is Florida where my wife and I spend a lot of time outdoors scuba diving and developing underwater photography (not that good at it). I have a green thumb and love to grow herbs for the freshest ingredients while cooking. Recently I started making my own dough for Neapolitan style pizza and sour dough bread. I'm getting better at baking however I have to warn anyone it's a lot of waiting for fermentation, proofing, and messy flour all over.
