Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the situation you and your wife experienced. We understand how frustrating this must be, and we want to clarify a few points to ensure transparency.

As part of our policy agreement, it’s the policyholder’s responsibility to disclose all vehicles owned or regularly used in the household. This ensures that you’re fully covered in situations like the one you described. The only exception would be if the vehicle was insured under a different carrier, but in this case, it appears the vehicle was not listed on any policy at the time of the incident.

During your welcome call, we reviewed your policy in detail and provided an opportunity to disclose all vehicles and drivers in your household. Unfortunately, the vehicle in question was not disclosed at that time, nor was it added to your policy until after the incident occurred. As insurance agents, we are obligated to follow the laws and regulations set by the state of Georgia, which require all vehicles and drivers to be properly insured.

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we’re here to help you avoid similar issues in the future. If you’d like, we’d be happy to review your policy with you to ensure all vehicles and drivers are properly covered moving forward.
