Thank you for sharing your feedback, Nautica. We understand that pricing is an important factor for our customers. This review is to rate the service that my small business provided to you during your time being insured with us, not the prices you pay for the insurance policies. Unfortunately, we do not control the rates and those are factored by a ton of different factors outside of our control. We strive for all 5-Star Reviews and Service and do so, as you can see from our other reviews.

Additionally, Allstate just announced a 5% rate reduction, being only the 2nd company in the state to do so meaning that the high rates you experienced with Allstate would be equally high for you at any admitted company.
