I love that I live in a place where we get to witness every NASA, SpaceX and United Launch Alliance rocket launch. West Melbourne is just down the coast from Cape Canaveral, and I’m proud to say I’ve lived here my whole life. I love taking time to soak in the memorable moments my community helps me create. I enjoy boating, fishing and events at the Sebastian Inlet Sandbar. I’m a frequent visitor of the Main Street Friday Fest in Historic Downtown Melbourne, too. I believe in giving back and supporting local organizations to strengthen the bond in the neighborhood. Because of this, I support the Space Coast Chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association, as well as, my grade school, Holy Name of Jesus School.

I became an Allstate agent in 2014 and work hard to assist customers as they make decisions to help protect what matters most to them. I specialize in life, boat and auto insurance – including classic automobile insurance. When you come into my office, you may think you're seeing double. Don't worry — that's just my twin brother, who also works in the agency. Our dad is also an identical twin, so there was not much that we could get away with. Terrible, the worst customer help I have ever experienced. Right after my previous agent retired, my policy was moved over to Kasey Osmond’s office and it went downhill quickly. Bought a newer vehicle and they couldn’t figure out what my new monthly payment would be, then the policy was cancelled by someone there. I called and was informed it was someone else at the corporate office that cancelled it. Got it reinstated and asked again about monthly payments. They still didn’t know and then told me nothing was due. Two weeks later I get a bill for two months worth of payments and told me this has been due for 6 weeks.
They are directly why I cancelled my policy. Definitely not in good hands!

Tom, I’m sorry for the frustration and confusion surrounding the billing and policy changes. After reviewing the history personally, I can see there were communication breakdowns during the reinstatement and billing process that created a frustrating experience.

While some of the policy activity was handled through Allstate’s after-hours service center and not directly through our office, we still should have communicated the billing details more clearly.
