My local insurance agents has done a great job. However, the claims department has not. I am still without ANY clear path to take in regards to my damaged car. I've paid all of my premiums on time, and yet, I'm 2 days away from my replacement vehicle being due to return, after only having the replacement vehicle for 7 days out of the 30 days my policy allows. PLLLEEEAAAZZZEEE MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE?? I have a job that I need to travel to so I can continue to support my family. The Allstate adjusters care nothing about that.
