This is Rex. Not Entirely sure what he brings to the table. Originally, I thought he had the energy to manage the place, but now it’s clear he lacks the motivation the job requires. I get the vibe he has grown up a bit privileged... you know what I mean? Typical millennial, expects the world, just doesn’t want to put in the effort. I guess that’s what happens when you hand out participation treats every time you sit or go to the bathroom. He even suggested we take nap breaks during the day. Something about increased productivity? Ridiculous. This summer, it’s time for him to get a taste of the real word and realize that life isn’t all about waggin tails and chasin birds. So please... stop by and help us put this kid to work!
Our team spent hours meeting with you in person at your home, reviewing the policies you had with another company, and identifying significant gaps in coverage. This is not a standard service we provide (going out to your home and helping organize your policies with another company), but we made that exception because we genuinely wanted to make sure you were properly protected and felt confident in your coverage.
We’ve also provided multiple detailed summaries outlining your policies, billing amounts, and due dates to help keep everything clear and organized.
Regarding the cancellation notice, those are issued by the carrier and typically reference policy numbers rather than specific vehicle or coverage descriptions. We understand how that can be confusing, and we were ready to walk through it with you when you called.
Unfortunately, the conversation became difficult, and we weren’t able to move forward in a productive way. We’re always happy to help and go the extra mile, but we do expect respectful communication so we can best support our clients.
