AWFUL called road side assistance. Had to call three different numbers to speak with someone. She said she had
AWFUL called road side assistance. Had to call three different numbers to speak with someone. She said she had to have a zipcode before we could help. Not a clue what the zip code was. She had to verify that Allstate would service the area. We were in Arlington, Texas.....Ft. Worth, Texas. Our son in law came, lives 25 miles away. He and my 78-year-old husband managed to repair the radiator so we could drive. Also, over charged for milage on our car. We did get a refund, but only after we asked. I do share with friends this experience. Not in Good Hands.....Allstate throws us a away with their hands.
