I’m more disappointed in the fact that I’ve tried multiple times to try to replace my 18yo roof and the company refused and now I’m stuck having to figure out the replacement. In the several years of service I have only filed one claim. And yet Allstate refuses to help me get a new roof in order to help prevent more claims in the future. It is what it is.
