The last time I had any communication with them was a few years ago. At the time my homeowner's policy was dropped just prior to the firm going out of business. An agent from the firm helped me get another policy and that went well. Since then silence....and a healthy amount of mail soliciting other business. One key incident was when my new homeowners policy went into effect. Nothing from them. Also, the agent who provided insurance to several members of my family retired. Now, I'm ambivalent about them.

When your previous homeowner’s carrier exited the market, we were glad we could step in quickly to help secure a replacement policy and ensure there was no lapse in coverage. We understand that transitions like that can feel unsettling.

We also want to clarify that your current agent has been with our agency since 2010, when your prior agent retired, so there has been continuity within our team even though the familiar name changed.

We respect your communication preferences, and our records indicate you have opted out of phone calls, which has limited our ability to proactively connect unless requested. That said, we are always happy to review your coverage, answer questions, or simply reconnect whenever you feel ready.

We value your business and would welcome the opportunity to re-earn your confidence.
