I’ve proudly represented Allstate since 2009. The agent I used to work for helped me realize my greater purpose of becoming an agency owner. My dream came true in 2016 when I opened my agency in my hometown. I'm a lifelong resident of LaVale. I like the small-town friendliness and the ability to build real, lasting relationships with customers.

I also enjoy giving back to my hometown. I'm a Board member of the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce, on several committees within the Chamber, a member of the Western Maryland Jaycees and a member of the Historic Highlands Association of Realtors (HHAR). I donate a lot of my time volunteering and sponsoring other local organizations and events.

I love spending time with my dog Samson, and enjoy doing anything outdoors. LaVale is full of history and I enjoy visiting the many beautiful historic buildings and landmarks around town, including the Great Allegheny Passage.

It's rewarding to help people learn how to protect what they love most. Our team is unique because we include a great range of diverse professionals. Kelly has been serving customers since 2017 when she joined our agency. She is a Frostburg local and graduated from Frostburg State University in 2017 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. She then went on to complete her Masters degree in Business, as well.

Aside from work, Kelly enjoys spending time outdoors. She loves going camping and fishing with her husband, Tyler. Aside from the great outdoors, she loves hanging out with family and spending time on their farm. She would choose sitting beside a campfire over a night out any day.

Claudette is our part time receptionist and has been helping customers at the front desk since 2019. Prior to starting with our agency, she worked in financial for 39 years and retired in 2014. Claudette has 2 adult children, 2 grandchildren, and a recent great granddaughter. She loves to travel (Jamaica is her favorite so far) and is very active in her local church. She's always sharing fun facts, and hits us with hilarious sarcasm when we least expect it.

Kristi is the owner of The Kristi Agency on National Highway in LaVale. She has proudly represented Allstate since 2010 and became an agency owner in 2016. The insurance industry has enabled her to help local families and businesses protect their loved ones and assets, while building lasting relationships.

Kristi graduated from Allegany High School Class of 2009, and Frostburg State University Class of 2013 with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. She's an active member of the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as Chair of the Marketing Committee, and participates in different event committees throughout the year. Through her involvement with the Chamber, Kristi has built invaluable relationships with fellow business owners and members of the community.
When she’s not working you can usually find her doing something outdoors. She enjoys spending time with family, hiking, riding her motorbike, and going to motocross races. Kristi currently lives in Frostburg with her Great Pyrenees, Samson.
