It was a struggle trying to ramp up from quote to the time that I became a customer. I left several voicemails for a return phone call and emails and such and it was difficult. I feel that this is where the office has a lot of room for improvement. I understand that personal things happen and an office should be prepared for them by putting in place contingency plans. Furthermore, I also had a need for a quote for my recreational (trailer) equipment and I have no updates from this request. Not one person has returned my response since I spoke to Joey. Open communication is key to this and I feel that the office has a lot of room to improve on this.
