I moved to Sugar Land in 1984. I was in the second graduating class of Clements High School in 1986, and graduated from Texas A&M in 1990. The growth that the city of Sugar Land has experienced over the years is amazing.


Working with my mother made me want to become an insurance agent with Allstate. I have worked for the Ragle Agency since 1994 when my mom owned it, and I have been the owner since 2008 when she retired. My parents instilled in me the values of integrity, kindness and respect.


Family has always been an important part of my life. My wife Salma and I have been married since 2002. We have two grown sons, Umar and Aamir.


Away from the office, I enjoy staying active in the local community. I am involved in the Sugar Land Rotary, and I am a member of the Fort Bend A&M Club. I also like to play and watch sports. I played baseball throughout high school, and competitive softball for many years after college. I’m a huge Houston Astros baseball fan.

All State does need to get the increase in premiums under control. There is no way any individual can continue paying more and more every 6 months or year for their insurance policies without them switching to a different provider.
