Have no idea who they are or how reputable they may be. Just learned thru a text from them a couple of days ago that they took over the Bray Agency there in Canton. Have been a customer of the Bray family for many, many years … was given no notice of this change until out of the blue we are contacted by an agent that she might help us. Very poor, actually nonexistent, communication. I’ve traveled extensively in my career in the poultry industry … visited in 91 countries so far. Seven continents. All 50 states. Believe I can recognize a quality outfit when I see one. Needs fixing. Have both auto and home here. Will say, however, I fully understand when a group buys the book from another. No problem as I’ve done this many times. First time for me to see such a poor job of customer communication. So … gave this survey a zero.
