Liz and her people were so helpful when our car was totaled in Rocky Mountain National Park by some people visiting from Mexico in a rental car. They claimed to have insurance, but it was a fly by night rental agency who would not return our calls. We also needed documentation from RMNP and kept getting the runaround because this all happened the day after jobs were cut by our President. Liz's office took over negotiations with the rental company, their insurance company and the government. They issued a check for the totaled vehicle in a timely manner. THANK YOU!!
