An experience implies that somehow I interacted with someone. The Allstate “experience” is more like going to a vending machine and getting something which you paid a great deal of money for with nothing more than a mechanical interaction. For renewals, there is no interaction. It’s not clear to me why an agent is involved since they don’t take phone calls or return phone calls.
