I still don't understand the system where my car gives feedback on my driving. I never understood it with Progressive and I still don't understand it with Allstate. I think the system must have been built with younger people in mind. Progressive used to gripe at me every so often to get me to sign up. At least Allstate doesn't gripe about it. Is it info gathered from my GPS location? Some kind of USB stick in the car? How the the Allstate computer know how I drive?

Malisa is great, however, I was given poor advice by another agent (man and I gently bumped into each other in a parking lot- I was told to file a claim to get my statement on record. He acknowledged he hit me first. I was in a high car, he in a low, I didn’t see him after I felt the bump, looked, then kept backing up, then heard metal scraping noise, stopped and could see I was now backing into him. We were both at fault). Claims was a riot- I would never use Allstate again. And such a little incident will now impact my monthly d/t the advice to submit a claim.
