The majority has been good I only wish that I could merge all my accounts with Allstate since I have a warranty that I purchased with my vehicle and so I have two separate log ins just to get information and as many times as I had spoke with the insurance company they still had wrong information on my declaration page so my lien holder needed it updated but the agent I chatted with online was awesome and got me the information I needed asap which was great
