The Martin Amador agency is located clear across the city from my home and I have not had a single personal meeting with Martin or any of his employees. All contact has been via e-mail, which while efficient is not particularly personal.

We have been with Allstate for a number of years. The reason we became customers of the Amador agency is due to other Allstate offices closing, so we were shuffled around and ended up with the Martin Amador agency.

A few months ago, I did a fairly extensive survey of a number of insurance companies and the Martin Amador agency quote was good but not the lowest. I chose to not switch at this time.
