I grew up in Borger and graduated from WT, so I am familiar with the Panhandle. My wife, Mandy, and I are proud parents to 6 kids and two precious granddaughters. I understand how busy life can be and the importance of building strong relationships. .

Excellent service. Both Matt and Sharon have been great. Allstate as a company has been disappointing. I've had roof damage for 8 months now. Trying to keep the holes patched as Allstate Claims continues to mitigate their liability rather than just do what their contract says. Although I really like this agency...I'm not sure they are hitched to the right horse. Allstate you better straighten up or you will lose some very valuable agency's...not to mention customers.
If there are other customers that experienced what I have experienced regarding hail damage claims...you guys are setting yourself up for a class action law suit. Hopefully, it is my bad luck that I have been assigned to the wrong people in your claims department.
