I got license approved by the state saying I pass the test and qualified by the state to drive I don't need a company to tell me how to drive or grade me .you can go by my record to show that I am a great driver so that should be enough to get my savings..

Don't feel very valued as my auto rate kept going up for no reason then when i called to cancel because i found better rate and deductible then all of a sudden I'm semi important then want to lower my rate but yet was still way higher with a higher deductable. When you can get back to where i started with you as a customer then it would change my mind about the company.
