While other major companies have adjusters are able to send adjusters to a claim within 24-48 hours, Allstate can take up to 14 days.
I’ve have had friends that have Travelers and their losses were paid within 4 days.
I will say Drue has been helpful, however since the Agency represents Allstate I am totally not happy with Corporate in Illinois.
