I have never even talked to this McLarry guy.
Anjelica that works in his office is nice to work with and seems very proficient at what she does. I have always enjoyed and appreciated my dealings with her. However, McLarry (whoever he is) was ghosted in as my agent without any notification to me whatsoever. I was under the impression that Will Frantz was still my agent (as he had been for years) until I stopped by their office one day to pay an annual insurance premium, and was told at that time that Will Frantz had retired a few months before that.
I know nothing at all about McLarry, what he does, or if he is even competent at his so-called job. Not informing me that he was my NEW agent certainly DID NOT impress me in the least!
I am also very put out with Allstate for not notifying me that Will Frantz would no longer be my agent, and give me the chance to make a decision on who I wanted to use as my future agent. I could have easily chosen someone MUCH closer to my home to deal with.
