Absolutely horrible I am thinking of changing my insurance. It’s been now two weeks that I’ve tried to get a hold of her and I have not been able to get a hold of her. She has never in the office. Her kids are constantly sick. She works remotely from home Percent of the time and doorbell’s going off. It’s very hard to get anything done with her.
