Melissa has been an Allstate Agency Owner for over 15 years. My goal for our Agency is to provide an outstanding experience for each and every customer or prospective customer. Our Ultimate goal is to be everything that they're current or previous agent is not. We take pride in the quality of our products and the level of service that we provide customers. We value a sales process that includes a complete explanation of risks as well as a list of possible solutions. We will be there for customers to help plan their future, when they buy a new car, when they have their first child, when they retire and more importantly when they experience an unfortunate event such as a catastrophe, loss of property or loss of a loved one. We are there to help them protect what is most important to them and their families. There is no greater feeling than knowing we can replace the financial loss even though we cannot replace property or lives.
