I want to walk you through what we understand happened. Our records show you were notified electronically about the payment rejection and then the cancellation, both before the incident occurred. On our end, Allstate's system generated a to-do entry when the payment failed, and that entry was not followed up on by our office. We're looking into how that happened so we can close the gap.
I'd like to talk with you directly this week to go over what happened with the payment capture at setup, and to share what we're doing to make sure a missed to-do like this doesn't happen again — including how payment-failure alerts and callback follow-up should work going forward. Let me know a time that works, or I'm happy to call you.
