I grew up in Sacramento, CA. Married with 2 kids, I moved to northern Nevada in 2003 and became a Licensed Insurance Agent in all 50 states. After 9 years of working as an Agent, I found myself in the beginning of a divorce, so I moved to Gig Harbor WA in 2012 to be closer to my family. I took a position as a banker and was quickly promoted to Loan officer and Sr. Banker for almost 2 years. I am someone who enjoys people, numbers, and problem solving, but I missed the challenge and fast paced environment that working in the insurance industry gave me. I took a position with a local Allstate agency in 2014, which lasted about 2 years when the opportunity to become an Allstate Agency Owner in downtown Bremerton became available. This was very challenging and gave me some freedom to work within the community by attending events and supporting local charities.

The many changes and challenges of running a business during the 2020-2022 era were too much for me and I had to give up my agency early summer of 2022. A good friend of mine purchased a powersports dealership in Bremerton and took me in as their Finance and Insurance Manager, which was a great experience. This was a good fit because I had both a finance and insurance background and have been a motorcycle rider for many years. If it wasn't for the financial aspect of this being a very seasonal business, I may not have accepted my position here with the Agency in January 2025. I really enjoy helping people understand their insurance and being a part of a team that genuinely cares about their customers.
