Our agency's roots go back to 1960, when Burt Diebolt started with Allstate in Cleveland on Carnegie Avenue. After beginning my insurance career in 1992, serving customers in Beachwood, South Euclid, Pepper Pike and surrounding areas, I had the opportunity to purchase the agency when he retired in 2000. Since then, we've continued his tradition of providing knowledgeable, dependable service with a personal touch.

In 2018, we relocated to our larger office in The Greens of Lyndhurst to better serve our growing customer base. Today, we offer a full range of insurance and financial products, including Home, Auto, Renters, and more.

Long before my insurance career began, I worked for my family's lumber company in Cleveland, where I learned the value of hard work, customer service, and running a successful business. Those lessons continue to shape the way we serve every customer who walks through our doors.

Outside of work, I enjoy kickboxing and have trained at WKA in Cuyahoga Falls, where I developed a deep appreciation for discipline, perseverance, and standing up for what's important. Those same qualities guide the way I serve customers every day. When it's time to unwind, you'll often find me watching a good horror movie or playing video games. I grew up in Parma, Ohio, and later discovered how much I enjoyed living in University Heights. After marrying my husband, Michael Preisler, I made the Mayfield Heights/Lyndhurst area my home, where I've built both my career and strong connections within the community.

Helping people protect what matters most is one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I specialize in helping individuals and families find the right coverage for their homes, vehicles, jewelry, valuables, boats, and motorcycles. I also enjoy assisting customers who need help after a lapse in coverage, have been uninsured, or require SR-22 insurance. Before joining Allstate, I spent more than two decades in customer service, building the skills and relationships that continue to guide my work today. I am now proud to be in my 28th year of serving customers through our agency.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of meeting many wonderful families throughout Mayfield Heights and the surrounding communities. I've also enjoyed building friendships through my grandchildren's activities in the Orange City School District and through my local church. Whether someone is referred by a friend or simply walks into our office, I appreciate every opportunity to meet new people and help them protect the people and possessions they value most.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time boating on Lake Erie near Marblehead, Ohio, and making memories with my son and grandchildren. I feel fortunate to live and work in a community I care deeply about, and I look forward to serving my neighbors for years to come.
