I have not received any communications from him, not even an update on the business, an update on the insurance environment, nothing. Just a mass sent generic email maybe some months ago. Auto and home owner insurance represent the most expensive budget obligation my family faces. Costs have exploded. Double and triple increases in premiums. We feel that our business with Allstate is mostly taken for granted.
