This office staff has VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Almost every time I called they were not nice at all when I called and asked questions and most of the time gave me smart or sarcastic replies
Never took accountability for what they did or didn’t do always blamed someone else or the call center person or said well you didn’t talk to me
Policy was set up without any of the things that’s normal and needed and when I called to inquire about it I was told that I could get it but it was going to make my insurance go up
I called and asked questions about the rate increase and I was told because of the claims of other people payouts we all have to share the cost and that’s why the rate went up
I’m not saying this is a bad company but this branch is because of the employees at this location
